According to the newspaper, the charges were filed on the grounds of reasonable suspicion that the lawmakers committed several crimes under the Criminal Code: treason, abuse of office, unlawful intermediation, misrepresentation, autocracy, forging official documents and several other crimes.
The president of the association, Vasko Kosteski told Dnevnik daily says he expects the application to be processed as soon as possible because everyone is aware that Xhaferi’e election was not legal. “The Parliament at this point has a chairman and two deputies and only they can call a session. But it is obvious that this is a scenario previously agreed with external support,” said Kosteski.
